How the Therapeutic Process is Structured with Us
1. Assessment. We review your detailed medical history and brought medical reports, assess muscle and joint condition through tests, and establish a functional diagnosis. It is best to arrive in comfortable clothing.
2. Individual plan. The personalized rehabilitation plan is built on this: how many sessions are needed, which exercises will be included, and what the goal is.
3. Practice. We don't just show you the exercise: we monitor and correct execution throughout, and give feedback so you can be sure to do it correctly on your own.
4. Home exercises and follow-up. After each session, you receive home exercises that are worth practicing at home—upon request, you can take photos or videos, which we help with. During follow-ups, we review your progress together and adjust the load accordingly. A medical diagnosis is not a requirement, but recommended, as physiotherapy and rehabilitation are typically advised by a doctor. A session usually takes 60–90 minutes.
Surgical Preparation Physiotherapy is also important prior to surgery: it strengthens muscles, improves joint mobility, and target-prepares the affected body part for a faster post-procedure recovery. This allows you to plan ahead, familiarize yourself with the rehabilitation process, and return to work sooner.
Not sure which physiotherapy is right for you? Write or call us,and together we will figure it out.

Physiotherapy for Adults — General Musculoskeletal Therapy
We use it for the treatment of acute or chronic musculoskeletal diseases. Nowadays, we also place great emphasis on prevention. Based on the disease diagnosed by a doctor, the physiotherapist creates a personalized rehabilitation plan and compiles a movement program. Its goal is the treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal issues that have developed.
When should you see a physiotherapist?
- in case of joint and muscle complaints
- after injuries
- after surgeries
- for preventive purposes, if performing office/desk work and wanting to prevent back/spine pain
- in case of functional disorders
In-Home Physiotherapy — Rehabilitation in Your Own Home
Physiotherapy and rehabilitation in the patient's home, where the patient can heal and regenerate in their own safe environment. Recovery is also faster this way.
Even in the case of injury, surgery, chronic pain, or reduced mobility, you do not need to leave your home. In-home physiotherapy allows you to heal comfortably and safely in your accustomed environment with the help of a professional.
Following a medical diagnosis, we conduct an assessment in your home, then prepare a personalized rehabilitation plan. Our goal is to make recovery pain-free, safe, and lasting.
Why is in-home physiotherapy a great choice?
- Comfortable and safety — no need to travel, healing takes place at home.
- Personalized attention — every exercise is adapted to your condition.
- Time saving — no waiting, the physiotherapist comes to your door.
- Professional support — a qualified specialist tracks your progress and guides the exercise.
How does it work?
- Scheduling and needs assessment — it is worth coordinating even before surgery.
- In-home assessment — comprehensive examination and goal setting.
- Rehabilitation plan — how many sessions and what exercises are needed.
- Personalized exercises — gradual rebuilding of movement.
- Continuous support — tracking progress with long-term advice.
Pediatric Physiotherapy (Ages 6–18)
Service available in-clinic only.
Playful assistance for motor development and a pain-free childhood. Pediatric physiotherapy is a specialized field offering targeted help for musculoskeletal issues from early primary school age to teenagers.
We provide especially effective help for actively athletic children—for preventive purposes to prevent injuries, or for fast, comprehensive rehabilitation of already sustained sports injuries. But you can also turn to us if your child has had surgery, struggles with scoliosis or flat feet, or experiences frequent pain during movement.
Our first session always begins with a thorough, playful assessment, taking into account not only the physical condition but also the movement therapy options that best fit the child's age and skills. Based on this, we compile an individual, personalized rehabilitation and development program for everyone, considering the child's age, condition, and individual goals.
In this type of physiotherapy, we consider parental involvement to be particularly important. On the one hand, because the presence of a parent is essential for minors under 18; on the other hand, because your active participation guarantees the fastest and most effective recovery. We help you master the tasks and techniques with which you can support your child's development at home. For every movement program, we strive to teach the parent how to execute exercises correctly, ensuring therapy does not end within the walls of the clinic.
After every session, we assign specific home exercises tailored to age and condition, which can significantly accelerate the rehabilitation process.
If you feel your child needs musculoskeletal help, do not hesitate! Contact us with confidence and request an appointment for an assessment. We are ready to help your child regain the freedom of complete, pain-free movement.
Geriatric (Senior) Physiotherapy
Available in patients' homes, nursing homes, and in-clinic.
Physiotherapy maintains physical and mental health. Movement positively affects not only mood, but also age-related conditions.
In older age, physiotherapy is very effective in the following cases:
- balance disorders, coordination problems
- unsteady gait, fear of falling
- osteoporosis, joint pain
- cognitive disorders, dementia, memory loss
- anxiety, depression
- circulatory disorders
- pulmonary and vascular diseases
Benefits: enhances independence and builds confidence, brings noticeable improvement and condition maintenance for a full life.
Physiotherapy for Cancer Patients
Available in-clinic and at home.
Oncological conditions and their intensive treatments (chemotherapy, radiation therapy, surgeries) place significant physical and psychological burdens on patients. The goal of oncological physiotherapy is to support the preservation and improvement of quality of life at any stage of the illness—starting from diagnosis, during, and after treatments—reduce side effects, and help achieve an optimal functional state.
How does oncological physiotherapy help?
- Before surgery: preparation for the procedure, preserving function for faster recovery.
- After surgery: supporting wound healing, restoring range of motion, treating scar tissue, reducing swelling (e.g., lymphedema).
- During and after treatments: alleviating side effects caused by chemotherapy and radiation therapy (e.g., fatigue, neuropathy, muscle weakness).
- Pain relief: easing musculoskeletal pain caused by the disease or treatments.
- Improving and preserving function: maintaining or improving self-care and daily activity levels.
- Managing fatigue: increasing energy levels through targeted, gentle exercise programs.
- Supporting respiratory function: especially in cases of thoracic surgeries or lung involvement.
- Supporting psychological well-being: physical activity is proven to improve mood and reduce anxiety.
Rehabilitation — Back to a Full Life
Rehabilitation is available both in-clinic and in your own home, adapted to individual needs and possibilities. Usually, we can start personalized therapy upon medical recommendation following an accurate diagnosis. We particularly recommend it after surgeries (e.g., hip or knee replacements, spinal surgeries, fractures), in cases of chronic conditions (e.g., arthritis, rheumatism), and in the treatment of neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease).
Rehabilitative physiotherapy doesn't just assist recovery: its goal is restoring full quality of life, regaining freedom of movement, and preventing future problems. It helps prepare for surgery and supports rapid post-procedure recovery.
The Role of the Physiotherapist in Rehabilitation
The physiotherapist conducts a detailed assessment, evaluating your individual movement patterns, strengths, and weaknesses. Based on this, we develop a personalized rehabilitation plan that leads step-by-step to pain-free, full movement. We don't just demonstrate exercises: we continuously supervise and correct proper execution, motivate you, and provide useful advice for continuing at home.
Choose the form that best suits you!
- In-clinic rehabilitation: in our modernly equipped clinic, we ensure optimal recovery with a variety of tools and continuous personal supervision.
- In-home physiotherapy: if it is more comfortable, or if your mobility is restricted, our physiotherapist visits you at home. We conduct therapy in your familiar environment, adapted to home possibilities, supporting independence.
When do we help? Highly recommended for
- Before and after surgeries: faster recovery in cases of hip or knee replacements, fractures, and spinal surgeries.
- For chronic pain: to relieve back, neck, and joint complaints.
- To maintain or regain mobility: in cases of neurological diseases (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease) or age-related mobility restrictions.
- After injuries and accidents: to regain full movement capability.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Why is rehabilitation important after surgery?
In the post-operative period, many people feel uncertain about what to do and how to do it until recovery: what can be moved, how much load the body can handle, how to perform exercises correctly, and how long healing will take.
How do we help?
We help you learn what is permitted and what is not after surgery, and show you how to perform exercises correctly—supported by feedback so that even when practicing alone, you can be sure you're doing it right.
What do you gain?
- regaining free movement
- significant reduction or elimination of pain
- faster return to work and daily life
We accompany your recovery from start to finish with continuous condition tracking, a personalized rehabilitation plan, and state-of-the-art equipment, so you can be confident every step is taken with our best expertise.
After what surgeries can we help?
After spinal surgery, hip, knee, and shoulder replacements, as well as post-fracture surgeries (ankle, lower leg, femoral neck, femur, pelvis, humerus, etc.).
Surgical Preparation
Physiotherapy is also important before surgery: it helps strengthen muscles, improve joint mobility, and prepare the body for the operation. With preparatory exercises, we target-prepare the specific body part so that post-surgical recovery is faster.
Why choose this?
This allows you to plan ahead, familiarize yourself with the rehabilitation process, and return to work sooner.
Sports Rehabilitation — Sports Physiotherapy
Back to the field, stronger than ever! Sports physiotherapy provides targeted rehabilitation for active athletes and those living active lifestyles in cases of sports injuries. From the acute phase—through pain relief and promoting healing—to full recovery, we accompany patients throughout.
Our goal is for you to return to your training, competitive career, or hobby sports as quickly and safely as possible. The goal is not merely restoring your pre-injury condition, but optimizing fitness, endurance, and body awareness to prevent future injuries and achieve even better performance than before.
For what injuries do we help?
- muscle injuries (strains, tears)
- ligament injuries (sprains, tears)
- joint injuries
- post-fracture care
- overuse syndromes
We compile a personalized program that takes into account your sport and individual goals.
