CSET® Treatment

Which method is right for you?

You don't have to decide in advance. The first session begins with a comprehensive assessment and a detailed conversation, based on which we select the method suited to your complaint—even combining multiple ones if necessary. Write or call us, and we will discuss it.

2. Speciális terápiák

The methods we use to aid your full recovery.

Schroth – módszer

A Schroth terápia célzott megoldást nyújt gyermekek és fiatalok diagnosztizált gerincferdülésére (szkoliózis) és tartáshibáira, segítve a gerinc korrekcióját és a stabilabb testtartást. Háromdimenziós kezelési módszer gerincferdülésre, Scheuermann-betegségre és tartási rendellenességekre — főleg gyermekkorban. A feladatok személyre szabottak, mindig állapotfelmérés előzi meg őket, és megtanítjuk azokat a helyzeteket, amelyekkel otthon is korrigálni tudod az eltérést.

McKenzie therapy

Manual Therapy — Healing with Hands and Expertise

Manual therapy is a specialized diagnostic and therapeutic method used to treat reversible disorders of the musculoskeletal system. We don't just focus on the symptoms: treating the whole body as a unit, we search for the true root of the pain.

How does the treatment work?

Every process begins with a comprehensive manual therapy examination. Here we map the body's statics, looking for potential joint blocks and muscle tension. During the treatment:

  • We create a personalized plan: based on the examination results, we targetedly treat the problematic areas.
  • We apply gentle techniques: it is important to know that we do not perform rough, sudden thrusts. Our treatments consist of slow, careful, and repeated movements that safely relieve pain.
  • You are the center of attention: the success of the therapy is based on joint work. We pay attention to your feedback and help you relax, so your body can respond appropriately to the treatment.

Why choose manual therapy?

This method provides a safe and effective solution for numerous musculoskeletal complaints. Its main benefits:

  • Immediate pain relief: noticeable improvement after just the first few sessions.
  • Restoring mobility: eliminates joint stiffness and restores the natural range of motion.
  • Improving muscle balance: relieves cramped muscles and improves body statics.
  • Complex effect: it not only treats local pain but also impacts the balance of the entire body.

Bridge of trust and joint work

During the first session, the assessment is supplemented with a detailed conversation. Our goal is to build a "bridge of trust" where you can boldly ask your questions, as restoring function is a shared journey that we walk together.

CSET® Treatment — Pain Relief and Regeneration

CSET® is a complex treatment method that addresses the root cause of the pain, not just reducing the symptoms.

CSET® therapy is an innovative, complex pain management method that combines modern electrotherapy with deep tissue manual techniques. The treatment not only alleviates symptoms but also targets the root cause of the pain, supporting the regeneration of muscles, nerves, and connective tissues.

The targeted electrical impulses and special treatment techniques together help reduce inflammation, relieve muscle tension, improve the range of motion, and accelerate regeneration. The treatment is gentle yet effective: in many cases, it brings noticeable improvement after just a few sessions.

CSET® therapy is especially recommended for musculoskeletal complaints, spinal hernia, lumbago, muscle strains, chronic pain, post-injury rehabilitation, or restricted mobility—for those seeking a lasting solution or wanting to prevent all this.

It can help with:

  • back, lower back, and neck pain
  • overload and restricted mobility
  • supporting regeneration
  • muscle strains, sports injuries

After the first treatment, I forgot the pain for a few hours that very day.

SI Therapy — Sacroiliac Joint Treatment

Effective elimination of the root of lower back, hip, and radiating pain. A block or overload of the SI joint is often the underlying cause of sudden sharp lower back pain, complaints radiating into the buttocks or leg, and tightness around the hip.

  • Targeted block release: with gentle yet firm manual techniques, we restore the joint's natural dynamics and position.
  • Immediate relief: reduces the cramped tension of surrounding muscles and the pressure on the lower segment of the spine.
  • Stabilizing movement therapy: we supplement manual treatment with targeted physiotherapy exercises for a lasting, pain-free result.
Schroth Therapy

A three-dimensional treatment method with which we can effectively treat scoliosis, Scheuermann's disease, and postural disorders—especially in childhood. The exercises are personalized and always preceded by an assessment.

With the therapy, deterioration can be slowed down, stopped, and significant improvement can be achieved through proper correction of the spine. During the physiotherapy sessions, we teach the positions with which the child or adult can effectively correct their own scoliosis on their own, according to their individual deviations. We place emphasis on patient education and provide patients with home exercises to ensure effectiveness.

McKenzie therapy

The McKenzie method is a comprehensive examination and treatment system for spinal diseases and extremity issues.

McKenzie therapy is an internationally recognized method successfully used by doctors and physiotherapists in many countries; it was developed by physiotherapist Robin McKenzie. During treatment, the physiotherapist first records a detailed medical history of the patient's symptoms and changes in symptoms. Then, the patient is examined during movement using so-called repeated movements. After this, a treatment plan is prepared for the specific problem—categorized based on the examination. Based on this, the patient is treated, and taught what to do and how to do it.

It can typically help in cases of lower back pain, sciatica, spinal hernia, pain radiating to the leg or arm, as well as when experiencing spinal problems, neck, shoulder, and back pain.

Pilates Method

The method was developed by Joseph Hubertus Pilates. Being a sickly child, he experimented with his method on himself. Later, as a young man working as an orderly during World War I, he helped many patients recover.

In the clinic, it is led by a physiotherapist as part of rehabilitation. Fundamentally a form of workout, it is now also used in healing.

The goal of the Pilates technique is to develop the elasticity of muscles and joints, and improve spinal curves; it develops flexibility and strength simultaneously. Pilates is often effectively applied by physiotherapists in rehabilitation because the exercise material observes different movement patterns, deviations, and existing spinal problems. By analyzing these, the therapist can targetedly apply the tasks necessary for our body to function properly and in a coordinated manner again.

With Pilates, stable core musculature and body control can be achieved. We recommend it for chronic lower back and back pain, treating sports injuries, faster postpartum regeneration, treating incontinence, and for those with a sedentary lifestyle. It is recommended preventively for any age group.
